Q. What is Grief coaching?

A. It is an innovative approach to grief support, tailored to fit the unique and individual needs of the people or person, with someone who understands how loss impacts every part of life.

Q. Will i ever be ok?

A. Yes you will be ok, once you take your time needed to deal with it properly. Therapy is ok, journaling is ok, and crying is ok. Allow yourself to feel all that you’re feeling and know that it’s ok and that it’s normal

 

Q. Is grief only limited to death?

A. Sadly when we think of grief we only associate, but the truth is grief is not limited to grief. You can grieve anything you find important to you.

 

Q. Will i ever get over my loss?

A. We never get over a loss we just learn to live in what is now our new norm, which will take time.

 

Q. Does Grief ever end?

A. Grief does not end but it does change. As you go through your process you will find that when you think about your loss your reaction to it will be different than it was in the beginning.

Q. Can i really live life after loss?

A. Yes you can, allowing yourself to properly heal and to learn that the best way to allow the legacy of your loss to live on means you have to believe that it’s life to live after loss.
